うどん本陣山田家のマイチョイスセット。きつねうどん４個＋かきあげうどん４個の８個セットで3150円。今回はかきあげです。具のかきあげ以外はきつねと同じです。



麺と出汁だけを入れた素うどん状態。ほんとに薄いでしょう？出汁の色。でも食べると上品で豊かな風味の出汁です。ストレートで冷凍しているので本場とほぼ全く同じ味で楽しめます。それに麺！ツルツルしていて見ただけでもコシがある感じが伝わるでしょうか？噛んだときの弾力が固すぎず柔らかすぎず絶妙。



かきあげと乾燥ねぎをトッピング。かきあげはえび・玉ねぎ・人参・さつま芋・ごぼう・枝豆で60g。電子レンジで軽くあたためてからうどんに。揚げたてじゃないのでサクサクとまではいきませんが十分おいしい。きつねもかきあげもどちらもイケマス！
