パン ミニクロワッサン ダイニングプラス ★★★★
輸入食材専門店ダイニングプラスで冷凍パンをお取り寄せしました。フランス産の「冷凍ミニクロワッサン」です。25gx10個で480円。オスカーモンドというブランドはフランスでは有名だそうです。
パンは焼く前のナマの状態で冷凍してあります。写真は30分ほど室温解凍したところ。今まで焼き上がった後の冷凍パンはお取り寄せしたことありますが、焼く前の状態の冷凍パンは初めてです。ということは、本当に焼きたてのパンが食べられるということです♪
180℃のオーブンで20分ほど焼いて完成！ん〜色といい形といいバターの香りといい、どこから見ても正真正銘クロワッサンです。食べてみると、外はパリッと中はしっとりふんわりした歯ざわりでおいしい！しかも焼きたてアツアツなので風味も最高です♪
１個の大きさは普通のクロワッサンの1/3くらいでしょうか。2〜3くちサイズです。お値段も10個で480円だから全然高くない。この安さと簡単さとおいしさにはちょっとビックリ。

クロワッサン最近食べれるようになってきたので、焼きたてアツアツ食べてみたいなあ〜。
