禁断の生チーズケーキ　オーガニックサイバーストア　★★★★

オーガニックサイバーストアの「禁断の生チーズケーキ＆生チョコケーキ」。前回の生チョコケーキに続き今回は生チーズケーキです。チーズ＆チョコ１本づつのセット＋マンゴープリンのおまけ付きで2780円。配送は冷凍で、冷蔵庫に4〜5時間で解凍します。賞味期限は冷凍１ヵ月解凍後後冷蔵で２日。


生チーズケーキも細長いアルミ容器に入ってます。真っ白な生クリームの下には淡い黄色の生チーズケーキ。原材料はチーズ、砂糖、小麦粉、卵、生クリーム、サワークリームです。


生チーズケーキは解凍すると柔らかすぎてカットしてお皿に出せません。なのでスプーンですくってみました。とってもふわふわでやわらかいチーズケーキ。ケーキというよりホイップしてから固めたクリームチーズって感じです。甘味もあっさりだしサワークリームのほのかな酸味もさわやかです。おいしい！


こちらはおまけに１個ついてくる王様のマンゴープリンです。マンゴープリンとマンゴーソースの２層になっています。


スプーンですくってみると、ふわっと柔らかいマンゴープリンの上にマンゴージュースを濃縮したようなソースがかかってます。プリン部分を比べるとOisixのほうがマンゴーの味が濃厚だけど、オーガニックサイバーのはソースで濃厚なマンゴーが味わえます。
