大豆パスタ タリオリーニ ソイスタイル ★★★★
今回は自腹のお取り寄せ(普通自腹)ではなく、なんと無料サンプルの試食です。提供していただいたお店の名前はソイスタイル。 オリジナルの「ソイスタイル大豆粉」とそれを使ったパスタ・パン・クッキーなどを販売しています。送ってもらった商品は「大豆パスタ【気軽にお試し４食セット】」。フェットチーネとタリオリーニの２種類×２食分の計４食分。今回はタリオリーニです。
配送は冷凍です。同封されていたレシピ通りに作ってみました。「モッツァレラチーズ・トマトとバジルの冷製大豆パスタ タリオリーニ」です。生パスタなので麺がもともと柔らかく、ゆで時間も約２分です。味付けはバルサミコ酢とオリーブオイルと醤油です。
大豆パスタは小麦に大豆粉を混ぜて作られてます。お味は小麦100%のパスタにくらべて少し淡白な(お豆腐のような)感じです。歯ごたえは結構コシがあって稲庭うどんのようなつるんとしたのど越し。なかなかおいしいです。これなら自腹でも買いたくなりました。次回はフェットチーネをご紹介します。

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players.
