幻のチーズケーキ エコール・クリオロ ★★★★
エコール・クリオロの 幻のチーズケーキをお取り寄せしました。サントス・アントワーヌというフランス人パティシエの手作りチーズケーキです。 2006年にバリバリバリューで紹介されました。ネット販売のみで1台1900円(税込・送料別・直径15cm・高さ4cm)。配送は冷蔵。消費期限は出荷日より冷蔵で7日。
外箱を開けるとケーキは厚紙のお皿に入ってます。原材料はチーズ、牛乳、卵、コーンスターチ、砂糖、レモン。
なぜ『幻の…』というのかわかりませんが、濃厚なチーズの風味＆しっとりなめらかな食感＆甘さ控えめの３拍子そろったおいし〜いチーズケーキです。おいしいだけでなく値段の割りにボリュームがあって食べ応えがありますょ。
