おためしセット オイシックス ★★★★★
「Oisix野菜おためしセット」1980円をお取り寄せしました。おためしセットはオイシックスを初めて利用するときだけ買えますが、私は前にモンブランを買ったことがあるので別のメアドで申し込みました。
野菜セットはときどき内容が変わりますのご了承ください。
おいしい食材が揃う〜送料無料お試しセット♪
これは「岩手の秋色トマト」です。色が濃い赤で味も甘いです。スーパーに売ってる普通のトマトとはかなり違います。ミネラル豊富な地下水で水耕栽培していて、栄養も必要な分のみ与えているのでおいしいトマトになるそうです。
これは「ぶなしめじ」です。苦みが少なくなるよう開発された品種だそうです。
ぶなしめじと、有機栽培ほうれんそうの半分を具にしてスパゲッティを作ってみました。
ソースは…マ・マースパゲティーのレトルトソースを使いました。しめじは柔らかくておいしかったです。
ほうれん草の半分は、生のままでサラダにしました。トマトといっしょにしそドレッシングをかけてます。
ホウレンソウはやらわかくて、えぐみもほとんどなくておいしかった。
「岩国レンコン」(150g)です。Oisixのホームページに作り方が載っていたので、レンコンのきんぴらにしてみました。歯ごたえサクサクで普通のレンコンよりやわらかい。
「あんのん小蜜」（安納いも）です。すごいミニサイズのお芋です。オーブンで焼いて少し皮をむいてみました。
中は黄金色で甘い！砂糖を使わなくてもそのままで（あっさりめの）スイートポテトになりそうです。
これもお芋ですが、ジャガイモの一種「インカのめざめ」です。南米アンデス原産の小粒じゃがいもを改良したものだそうです。色も黄金色でジャガイモとはおもえないくらい甘みがあります。
九十九里産の「なす」は、パプリカ(セットとは別に用意)と一緒にごまだれの炒め物にしました。これも柔らかくておいしい。この茄子は玄米醗酵アミノ酸を使用して栽培しているそうです。
りんごの「王林」です。なしのように皮が黄色くて表面につぶつぶがあります。サイズは大きめです。
食感もりんごとなしの中間みたい。固くなくてさくっとやわらか。味も酸味がなくて梨のようなさわやかな甘み。

いつもはスーパーで３１日ミニおせちセットを買っていたのでしたが、今年は豪華版にしてみました。

お野菜も有名ですが、デザート類（特においしっくす殿堂のは）も有名ですよ。あと姉妹サイトのおかしっくすのデザートも有名でテレビや雑誌で紹介されています。
おせちは３０日に届く予定なので、私もどんなおせちが来るのか楽しみです。

自分でスーパーで食材買うのと違って、こうして宅配で届くと、レシピのバリエーションが一気に増えて楽しかったりします。・・・といいつつ、最近自炊しなくなって、今はオイシックスの宅配停止中なのですが。
調理写真もきれいで、妙に妙におなかがすいてきちゃいました。
